Benefits to the real estate brokerage office and its licensees:

The "View all ads of this brokerage" feature in association with the use of a Team Code can display all real estate listings (FOR SALE, FOR RENT, MLS® or PRIVATE listings) that are linked to the unique Team Code of your brokerage, and the display can be rendered in a number of ways - see paragraph "Online Presentations" below. This feature comes with various benefits to YOUR BROKERAGE and your licensees, as outlined below:

• You can treat the HOMESmarketing system as your online, web-based, real estate database that could store and deliver up-to-the-minute listing data (FOR SALE & FOR RENT) via the internet;
• All listings are managed by individual participating licensees (post new, modify, renew or remove listings) and will not incur workload to your office staff - see exception next;
• If your office so desires, licensees can pay a fee for your office to do the upload and modification of their listings on their behalf (licensees are either too busy to do this or for other reasons) - it is easy task to most staff in your office and this service could be an extra revenue source to your brokerage;
• Your office can display all listings of all participating licensees via various links specific to your brokerage office - send links via email or flyer or embed all listings on your brokerage website - see paragraph "Online Presentations" below;
• Your licensees can advertise various types of listings - MLS®, PRIVATE, FOR SALE or FOR RENT - and each licensee can present his or her own listings via various links of their own. Most of all, our system's MULTILINK ADVERTISING EFFECT could expand the advertising power not only for the listings, but also for the image of your brokerage and your licensees.

Online Presentations - Fast and Up-to-the-minute!

Real estate listings (both FOR SALE and FOR RENT and including MLS® or PRIVATE listings) of all participating licensees of your brokerage office(s) can be presented in a number of ways - see NOTE * below. Click on a "LINK" below to obtain the URL (web address) of a presentation style of your choice - After clicking a link, a new web page will display. Copy the full URL from the browser's address box and you can email the URL to all of your licensees for their up-to-the-minute information. As well, you can embed the URL on your brokerage website or other social networking pages:

• *NOTE - All listings will be displayed in an easy to read sort order: by city, by property type, then by price. So even if your brokerage covers offices of different cities, listings of interest can still be easily identified by readers based on preference of location, property type and price.
